An RSVP is an intention. The record is who actually came. Every check-in adds a row, and your regulars surface automatically. No tags, no manual tracking.

Use whatever you need to sell entry. Circuit preserves the guest relationship across all of it.

Plan for people, not just RSVPs.

Set your attendance target. Circuit estimates turnout and proposes a plan to close the gap: first asking open RSVPs to reconfirm, then offering held places to your own guests, the ones who have been before first. You review every plan before it goes out and see the estimate change as people respond.

For free events, you can choose to release eligible places when guests do not reconfirm. Available places then pass to the waitlist under your settings.

Reach people outside the room.

Email the people who actually came: first-timers from the last event, your regulars, the ones who have gone quiet. Not a mailing list.

See who comes back.

Return, measured against the opportunities a guest actually had. A monthly room and a weekly one are never judged on the same clock. Circuit tracks who came back across editions and shows which formats build an audience.
