Circuit does not replace every audience survey. It replaces self-report where attendance history can answer the question directly. Keep surveys for the things only a person can tell you.

Circuit captures verified return at the door, on the same tap that admits a guest. Front of house taps the guest’s Card, or the guest taps a Block fixed in the building. Either way it binds to a single record across every event in your season, your venue, and your touring footprint.

The reporting your development team and your auditor need is generated from the record, not assembled by hand from a survey three weeks before the deadline that nobody quite trusts. After 100 writes, the record describes relationships no export reconstructs.

If the question is whether somebody has attended before, Circuit can answer from the attendance record. Keep surveys for the questions the record cannot answer.

Partnership programming is normal in funded work. Add a co-host and the event sits in both organisations’ accounts, with the same verified attendance behind each report. Neither partner re-keys the other’s numbers. An attendee who objects to being shared is never copied across.
